Shawn Gill, Creative Director
As creative director, Shawn oversees all communications produced on behalf of Truth’s clients. His passion drives the executions that motivate consumer action through disruptive yet relevant communications. With expertise spanning multiple mediums and a strong attention to detail, Shawn has created modern stories, images and concepts for clients that include Behr, Bosch, Epson, Kelley Blue Book, Mazda, Siemens, Samsung, Universal Studios, Westinghouse, Zodiac Aerospace and many others.
Andrew Henderson, Innovation and Strategy Director
Andrew began his professional career as a Defense Economist with RAND. Andrew has a deep background in web, mobile, touch implementations, information systems, analytics and experiential technologies. Andrew is IBM E Business Certified, IBM Solution Consulting Certified, Microsoft IOA Certified, is PMI Project Management Professional certified, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt. Andrew has provided strategic guidance for and provided innovation leadership for accounts that include Acura, Bosch, Cisco, DreamWorks, GE Capital, Honda, IBM, Lexus, Toyota, Sales Force, Samuel Adams, Samsung, VW, Zodiac Aerospace and more.
Tracy Anderson, Producer
Tracy has over 15 years’ experience successfully managing all facets of project management and client satisfaction. Tracy provides the critical connection between our clients, our team and our work. She continually seeks out new ways to improve our processes and maximize our clients’ success. She is expert in project definition, project management, team management, project processes and vendor relationships. Her attention to detail and relentless focus on results forms a critical part of our culture and is a critical reason why our client relationships are multi-year and multi-multiproject. Joy is a multidisciplinary designer with an obsession for activating the full potential of brands. Driven by her love of bringing ideas to life, Joy fuses business goals with intelligent design to create brands that inspire lasting connections. Joy is internationally recognized as a recipient of the A’Design Golden Award, IDA Award, HOW International Design Award, and Print Regional Design Award. She has designed across a wide range of industries and projects, working with notable clients such as Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, and Bosch.
Doug Reeves, Copywriter
Doug is a gifted copywriter who consistently elevates brands by finding the words and ideas that connect to the emotions of his audience. An integral part of the Truth creative team, Bob is a proven, versatile copywriter whose background includes 20+ years of working as a staff and freelance creative for numerous Los Angeles and Orange County advertising agencies on major brands such as Hyundai, Samsung, ARCO, Toshiba, The Ritz-Carlton, NRG and Lincoln-Mercury. With expertise in effective branding and storytelling, Bob has helped to build brands for companies in a multitude of industries—from consumer electronics, automotive and government, to high-tech, hospitality and real estate development. Bob has been recognized with numerous marketing and advertising creative accolades, including awards from the New York Festivals, Obie, Sunny Radio and The Nationals. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
